Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with any purchase from Daniels. If you're not happy, the normal first step is contacting us. Many times, what is perceived as a problem is not. If we can't make you happy, we'll refund your money (within 30 days) unless the item has been resized or has to be refinished from wear. Then you will be charged a fee out of your refund. Sizing Policy
We offer free, one time sizing on rings over $100 within a year of purchase. We will size up 2 sizes for free and down for free. On sizing up over 2 sizes, the first 2 sizes are free and you will be charged on the additional. On bridals, we will also solder the set together, which makes the rings wear much better and is a wonderful symbol of "two becoming one."
Our Diamond Warranty
Should your diamond ever come out of its setting with normal wear, we will replace it with a diamond of like size and quality for the life of your ring. We do require that you have it checked at least once every six months (you can do it more often if you'd like!) and that you have the check-up notated on a checklist we give you. Since gold is one of the softest metals in the world, there may be times when we will recommend that maintenance work be done on your ring in order to maintain the security of the diamonds. That will, of course, have a cost, but we always work to maintain the lowest possible prices for you without compromising quality.
That's our warranty! Pretty simple. Our additional recommendation is to get your ring insured against loss and theft. Warranties are great, but do not cover losing the ring, it being stolen, or the diamond being chipped or broken.
PLEASE GET IT INSURED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

The only other question that may arise from our simple warranty is: what do we mean by "normal wear?" Simply put, we don't want you to wear your ring in a manner or at times that you know could damage it; i.e., working on you car, hammering nails, etc. If you have questions about what is appropriate, give us a call; we love hearing your voice!

Our Layaway Plan
We offer a 10 month layaway plan. It's very simple. When you choose a jewelry item that's a little more money than you have right now, rather than financing it, use our layaway.
This means you put a deposit on it and we put it in the safe in your name...it's yours. Then you put additional deposits on it monthly and when it's paid off you take it home. There are no other charges of any kind. If you change your mind within 30 days, we will gladly refund your money. If you change your mind after the 30 days, you will have a store credit for the amount of your deposits to use on whatever you desire in our store. (This is only fair since we couldn't sell your item while it was in layaway.) We only ask that you do, indeed, place the additional monthly deposits.
Pretty simple and much smarter than being charged exhorbitant finance charges that are typical of retail credit.

Choosing jewelry is a big deal. Most brick and mortar stores, especially the "mall" variety, work very hard at having huge inventories and selling you from that inventory. Now of course I would rather you buy something I have on hand, but I love making you happy. In other words, whatever it takes that's honest and ethical.
Ethics has become a big deal in the business world. Because of that, among other reasons, I don't believe in always running "sales." The only way that works is to mark things up a bunch so that you "feel" you're getting a better price. We decided to mark things at a fair mark up and be consistent.
